7/15

Top sets today are:

Squat: 210x5
Bench: 190x5
SLDL: 250x5
BB Row: 175x5
PBN: 110x5
BB Curl: 80x5

I added 1 warm-up set and one working set of BB curls to the end. I have been getting injured by neglecting to train things, so I figured that I probably shouldnt make that mistake again.

And for the record, the only gear I am using is wrist wraps for the bench press, PBN, and curl as well as knee sleeves for the squat. No belt, no suits or shirts.

Doesn't the program say to do 3 all out sets of 5?

It does. However, I find I concentrate my efforts much better if I ramp up to a top set (I like having that to look forward to, as well as adding weight each time). My 3 working sets are all near the top poundage though. For example, my bench press sets today were 135x5, 165x5 (warmups), 180x5, 185x5, 190x5. On squats and deadlifts I jump 10 lbs instead of 5.
