Gear:
None / no belt

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
325 x 5/5/5

Standing Overhead Press:
221 x 4/4/3

Power Cleans:
221 x 3/3/3 (easy-peasy)

Dips:
BW+70 x 8/7 (left hand started cramping)

SO HUNGRY during this. Went to In-N-Out immediately after and got a 4x4.
