bench trening

Narrow Grip Bench Press:
275 X 4
275 X 3
275 X 4 (4th was a grinder)

Incline Dumbbell Press:
80s X 8
90s X 8
100s X 8
100s X 5

Decline Bench Press:
225 X 10 (regular grip)
225 X 10 (wide grip)
Thought I was a bodybuilder but then realized I wasn't.

Arnold Dumbbell Press
Incline Skullcrushers
Cable Pressdowns
