The fact that you did those heavy DB rows beforehand doesn't matter either, haha.

That yolked dude from Wooden (the one who was trying out for American Gladiators) was saying that the world record is 42 pull ups or something like that. We should go for it.

So someone at PL watch said there's a video of Konstantinov doing 50-55 pull ups. But I didn't bother to find it.

Also, I think the guy was talking about most pull ups in one minute, which is 46.
