Olympic-Style Front Squats:
285 x 2

Medium-Grip* Bench Press:
* Middle finger on first set of rings; basically, straight arms

280, 3 x 5 (3 sets of 5 reps)

Chin-ups:
BW + 25 lbs, 4 x 4

I'm doing the raw PL program I posted. It's a 3-week cycle. Not that hard to adjust as needed. Will compete raw.
