Monday 7-19

Don't know the last time I've used the blog.

I was going to stop at 215 but it felt too easy, so I went for 225. I did it and I thought it would be harder. Turns out my spotter touched the bar. Darn skinny asian guys. I will have my revenge.

I wasn't there, but Victor has been playing with bench press weights around 225 for a while now.

All Victor has been doing is bench and curls. That's how he got his bench up - not needing to recover from squats and deadlifts.

Also, apparently tanning increases your bench press too.

well I'm a grecian bronze statue (tanned in a speedo with tanning oil with 7 dudes; possibly gayest day of my life) and I still can't get 225. I like where this is going though, everyone making excuses for Victor's alleged strength.

I hear that playing Magic: The Gathering can boost your bench too. Tap three forests - add +2/+2 to your lift.
