Prep #1

This session was both good and bad. I need to start getting to 4Star around 7:30 or so on Mondays. Showing up around 8:15 meant that I had to work with 4 other guys, which slowed things down a lot. I got gassed at the end because of this. Live and learn.

Gear:
Belt (for squat)

Shoulder-Stance Back Squat:
351 x 5/5 (2 sets of 5 reps), easy
362 x 5, pretty easy
385 x 2, pretty easy

Medium-Grip bench Press
300 x 5/3/3/4

Wanted to do 5/5/5, but this is still the total number of lifts I wanted. Forgot to hit 325 x 2.

Stiff-Leg DLs:
325 x 8/6/3

I was completely gassed after the first set of SLDLs. Was there too long. Heavy rack pulls on Saturday probably didn't help either, haha.
