Finally starting to get back into it. I'm going to probably go Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri for awhile because the weight room will most likely not be open on the weekends.

Power Snatch 77/3 x 4

Snatch 85/2 x 2 95/2 x 5 Missed second rep on the third and 5th sets

Hang Sn. Pull Above knee 102/4 x 3

Snatch pull 110/2 x 2

Back squat 102/4 110/4 142/1 162 - 5,5,3 Was supposed to do 3x5 but felt my lower back fatiguing after 3 on the last set. It's actually starting to get sore already so I think I made a good decision to stop.

Bench 70/3 85/3 90/3 95/3 x 2 102/2 x 4 95/4 x 2 Really easy today. I think I'll be able to stay ahead of Kyle on the bench.
